Stephanie Davis
As of January 2025, Stephanie Davis serves as President and Designated Broker of Bear Wells Realty Investments, succeeding Karen and Glyn after their step back. A Pacific Northwest native and Washington State University graduate, Stephanie holds real estate licenses in Washington and Georgia. She brings over seven years of hands-on experience in investment-grade real estate, property management, and client service at Bear Wells.

Karen J. Wells
Karen has more than 15 years of experience guiding investors through the seamless process of buying and successfully closing federally tenanted properties. Karen's goal is to make sure that investors, whether experienced or a novice, are well represented and understand all aspects of ownership and management of their investment, and to educate them throughout the process of acquisition, so there are no unpleasant surprises. Karen was educated in England, but spent her summer vacation spending time at her family's cabins in Oregon. Her Grandfather, Supreme Court Justice William O Douglas built the cabins in the 1930s. Karen spent those summers riding horses, fishing, and hiking in the Wallowa Mountains.

Melissa Green
Melissa Green is the newest member of the Bear Wells team and has been with the company for over a year. In her role, she supports a wide range of responsibilities, including back office operations, client relations, property management, and marketing. Melissa is working toward her California Real Estate License. Melissa’s versatility and dedication make her an essential part of the team as she continues to grow her career in real estate.
