Karen brings more than 20 years of experience guiding investors through the purchase and management of federally tenanted properties. Though semi-retired, she continues to serve select clients each year, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the process. Raised in England and deeply connected to her family’s heritage in Oregon’s Wallowa Mountains, Karen combines expertise with a personal touch in every transaction.
